Free 4-Month Replacement Warranty — Terms

Our free 4-month replacement warranty covers manufacturing or functional faults that occur under normal use within 4 months of delivery.

To assess any issue, we may request photo or video evidence showing the fault.

If our technical team identifies a simple fix or adjustment, the customer must attempt this first before a replacement can be issued.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Replacement units are provided once the fault has been confirmed.

This warranty is limited to one replacement per order.
